  1. Taking the course, has made me what I came for. After 17 hours journey, it was worth it.I arrived at the Yogada ashram, and the first thing they asked me, are you hungry, and can we serve you some food.never they asked me, what I came for. This to me was a sign of caring and not what I came to do. Great sigh of selfless service. I enjoyed every second of the training, and my knees are getting better. (LOL) Thanks Rejeev and Seema, you are great teachers.
